FaxHQ
AvailableKnow which faxed orders came back.
Most agencies track faxed orders on a whiteboard or a color-coded spreadsheet: out, waiting, signed, lost. FaxHQ is that board, in one place your whole office shares. You fax a physician order from FaxHQ, and the order stays on the open list until it comes back signed, so you always know what is still out and who to chase.
What it does
Inside FaxHQ
One status board the office shares
Every order shows where it stands: ready to send, sent, signed and back, or flagged to fix. The colors match the ones your staff already use, so the first day feels familiar.
Send it, then it's on the chase list
Fax or email an order to the physician from FaxHQ. It records when it went out and keeps the order on the open list until someone marks it back, so nothing sits forgotten in an outbox.
The overdue ones, in one place
The orders still waiting on a signature are the ones that matter. They are easy to pull up, so follow-up is a list to work through, not something you keep in your head.
It does the filing first draft
Drop in an order and FaxHQ pulls what it can read off the page: the patient, a file name in your office's format, the right 60-day episode. It guesses, you confirm, then it saves. Mostly you check instead of type.
Bundle a doctor's orders into one fax
Pick several orders for the same physician and send them together with a cover page. FaxHQ will not let you mix two doctors on one fax.
A signed copy closes it out
Mark an order received and attach the signed PDF, or let the physician sign in their portal. Either way it drops off the chase list.
Part of CareHQ
Same account as the rest
FaxHQ signs in, bills, and logs through the same CareHQ account as the rest. Turn it on next to the others from one workspace.
